Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing multiskillhub.com or engaging our web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Multi Skill Hub provides web design, web development, SEO, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or quotes provided before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

  • We do not require any advance payment. Work begins after an initial consultation.
  • 50% payment is due upon design approval.
  • Remaining 50% is due before the final website goes live.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, Razorpay, or cheque.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the website design and custom code produced for their project.
  • Multi Skill Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • Stock images, third-party plugins, or licensed assets used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate content, logos, and branding materials in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely feedback and approval to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure content provided does not infringe third-party copyrights or violate any laws.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project quote. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur additional charges, agreed upon before work begins.

7. Timelines & Delays

Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback. Multi Skill Hub is not liable for delays caused by delayed client responses, third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways), or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Multi Skill Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with 7 days written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Multi Skill Hub is not required to deliver incomplete work.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available after design work has commenced. If you have a dispute, please contact us — we are committed to fair resolution.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
